The authors have devised a mathematical method that allows for the calculation of the best correlations of proteins in a mixture, the determination of amino acid content of the final protein composition and the evaluation of the enrichment effect whatever the characteristics of the reference aminogram and the number of amino acids in it. The indicators of biological value of protein mixtures determined by the mathematic method are in good agreement with the data obtained in biological studies.
