On the basis of studying the concentration and volume indices of the erythron, iron plasmic pool, proliferation activity of the erythron and iron kinetics in 137 patients operated for pulmonary diseases the authors note a depression of the bone marrow red stem as a characteristic feature of postoperative anemia. A scheme of the main steps of postoperative anemia is presented.
在对137例接受肺部疾病手术的患者的红细胞系浓度和容积指数、血浆铁池、红细胞系增殖活性及铁动力学进行研究的基础上，作者指出骨髓红系祖细胞抑制是术后贫血的一个特征。文中给出了术后贫血主要阶段的示意图。
