Abstract
The method of indirect dynamic lymphography with 131J albumin was used in 32 patients for examining the lymph flow. Three stages of disturbances of the lymph flow were distinguished: compensation, subcompensation and decompensation. The significance of this method for the assessment of results of the operative treatment of lymphostasis is shown.

采用131J白蛋白间接动态淋巴造影法对32例患者进行淋巴引流检查。区分出淋巴引流障碍的三个阶段：代偿期、亚代偿期和失代偿期。显示了该方法对评估淋巴淤滞手术治疗效果的意义。
