On the basis of using the home anesthetic drug promekain for prolonged peridural anesthesia in the postoperative period in 110 patients its longer analgetic effect is shown with the minimum influence upon the cardio-vascular system.
基于对110例患者在术后使用家用麻醉药普罗美卡因进行长时间硬膜外麻醉，结果显示其镇痛效果更持久，对心血管系统的影响最小。
