The dynamic computed tomography is an enrichment of the diagnostic spectre of various diseases. This special method of computed tomography renders possible and improves the demonstration of certain pathological processes, respectively, and shows references to the dignity and diagnosis of the kind. Taking into particular consideration the methodical problems, it is reported on our experiences in the use of the dynamic computed tomography and the hitherto ascertained indications.
