Our rectoscopies were made in patients for various indications. Venous blood samples before rectoscopy as well as 1, 5, 10, 20 and 30 minutes after its beginning and blood cultures were taken. No transient bacteriaemia could be identified. Only in patients suffering from carditis an internist should be consulted before performing the rectoscopy.
我们对因各种适应症而就诊的患者进行了直肠镜检查。在直肠镜检查前以及检查开始后1、5、10、20和30分钟采集静脉血样本，并进行血培养。未发现短暂菌血症。仅对于患有心脏炎的患者，在进行直肠镜检查前应咨询内科医生。
