[Consequence of pathologic ultrasound findings in pregnant women. A contribution to the diagnosis of abnormalities using ultrasound].

Report on three pregnancies in which fetal malformations were diagnosed by ultrasound. Possible consequences are discussed. That may be termination of pregnancy or conservative treatment directed to favourable conditions for possible surgical therapy post childbirth. The most difficult case however is the twin pregnancy with fetal malformations in one child.
