Abstract
The microrosette formation test described is carried out in tissue-typing microplates under paraffin oil. Only 8000 lymphocytes in a volume of 2 microliter are required for one assay. This system is very suitable for investigating biopsy-extracted lymphocytes. Furthermore, rosette inhibition can be carried out even when the amount of inhibitory substance tested is minimal.
