[Laser coagulation of the trabecular meshwork in primary open-angle glaucoma].

This paper presents data on 30 phakic eyes with primary open-angle glaucoma treated by argon laser trabecular surgery (Wise's technique). Mean intraocular pressure was reduced from 27.8 mm Hg to 18.3 mm Hg. The mean observation time was 7.2 months. Therapy failed in 3 cases of pigmentary glaucoma. There were no appreciable complications.
