Abstract
A case of acute cardiac tamponade due to perforation of a benign gastric ulcer into the pericardium is presented. A high index of suspicion, early diagnosis and prompt surgical intervention resulted in a favourable outcome in this otherwise uniformly fatal condition.

本文报告一例因良性胃溃疡穿孔至心包导致急性心脏压塞的病例。高度的怀疑指数、早期诊断及迅速的手术干预使这一原本普遍致命的疾病取得了良好的治疗效果。
