A 24-year-old woman with radiation-induced breast cancer is reported. At 9 years of age she had received 4,000 R irradiation to her chest to treat an eosinophilic granuloma of the rib. Fifteen years later, she suffered from breast cancer. We suggest that the irradiation-induced the breast cancer.
