The authors suggest a method of unichamber echo location of the aqueduct and upper parts of the fourth ventricle by means of which it is possible to determine displacement of these parts of the c.s.f. system in a plane close to the frontal plane in development of a volumetric focus in the posterior cranial fossa. The value of the method in making the diagnosis of a surgical pathological condition in the posterior cranial fossa is almost the same as the value of unichamber echo diagnosis of supratentorial processes.
作者提出了一种通过单腔回声定位脑导水管和第四脑室上部的方法,借助该方法可以确定在后颅窝容积性病灶形成过程中脑脊液系统这些部位在接近额平面的平面内的移位情况。该方法在诊断后颅窝外科病理状况时的价值与幕上病变的单腔回声诊断价值几乎相同。
