Red blood cells of sheep were shown to increase cAMP and cGMP levels in the rat spleen cells. The noradrenaline and adrenaline levels increased within first minutes after immunization in spleen tissue. Adrenalectomia counteracted the increase of cAMP and induced no change in the cGMP levels in spleen cells. HJydrocortisone (50 mg/kg) inhibited cyclic nucleotide responses to the sheep red blood cells.
绵羊红细胞可使大鼠脾细胞中的环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)和环磷酸鸟苷(cGMP)水平升高。免疫后最初几分钟内,脾组织中的去甲肾上腺素和肾上腺素水平升高。肾上腺切除术可抵消cAMP的升高,并使脾细胞中的cGMP水平无变化。氢化可的松(50毫克/千克)抑制了对绵羊红细胞的环核苷酸反应。
