An anergic patient with arrested Hodgkin's disease developed a cutaneous granulomatous panniculitis, an unusual dermatologic manifestation of this tumor. These granulomatous cutaneous lesions were composed primarily of epithelial cells and were free of necrosis. In contrast, focal necrotic areas were present in the granulomas detected two years previously in the original lymph node biopsy examination.
