[Juxtapapillary leiomyoma--a rare papillary tumor. Presentation of an unusual disease picture].

On the basis of clinical observation the significance of the juxtapapillary leiomyoma is discussed. In spite of the potential malignancy of the leiomyoma the lesion has to be treated as malignoma. The leading clinical symptom is the history of occult bleeding. For ensuring the diagnosis the procedures are described. It is further discussed which surgical managements are necessary and indicated.
