A case of primary pulmonary haemangiopericytoma with hundreds of nodular pulmonary, liver, lymph node, spleen, kidney and subcutaneous metastases is presented. Even if multiple metastases in the lungs from haemangiopericytoma are extremely rare, this possibility should be remembered in differential diagnosis.
报告一例原发性肺血管外皮细胞瘤，伴有数百个肺、肝、淋巴结、脾、肾及皮下转移结节。即使血管外皮细胞瘤肺内多发转移极为罕见，但在鉴别诊断时仍应考虑到这种可能性。
