This study covers investigations on 15 strains of 7 species included in the genus Bacillus Cohn; by using discs which had absorbed the chemotherapeutic agents. In all, effects of 12 chemotherapeutic substances were followed. The results show that in addition to the normal determination methods it is possible to separate some of the varieties of these species with the help of this technique.
本研究涵盖了对科恩芽孢杆菌属中7个物种的15个菌株的调查；通过使用吸收了化疗药物的圆片。总共观察了12种化疗物质的效果。结果表明，除了常规的测定方法外，借助该技术还可以区分这些物种的一些变种。
