Abstract

The efficiency of intranasal subcutaneous, aerosol and digestive vaccinations with killed Klebsiella pneumoniae as vaccine was studied on the survival curves after experimental disease with pathogen K. pneumoniae I inoculated by the same routes. Results show that the local immunization is an important factor of protection and the intranasal route is very convenient.

摘要

以灭活肺炎克雷伯菌作为疫苗,通过鼻内、皮下、气溶胶和消化道途径接种疫苗,研究其在经相同途径接种肺炎克雷伯菌I病原体引发实验性疾病后的存活曲线。结果表明,局部免疫是保护的重要因素,鼻内途径非常便捷。
