Today osteosynthesis of fractures has got an important position in trauma surgery. There is no contradiction between conservative and operative treatment of fractures. Every method has its strict indications. It should be remembered that the risk of infection is an instant disadvantage of every kind of fracture surgery. At present, however, osteosynthesis can not be dispensed with in the conception of modern fracture treatment.
如今，骨折的骨接合术在创伤外科中占据重要地位。骨折的保守治疗和手术治疗并不相互矛盾。每种方法都有其严格的适应症。应该记住，感染风险是各类骨折手术的一个直接弊端。然而，目前在现代骨折治疗理念中，骨接合术不可或缺。
