Abstract
By immunodiffusion analysis the presence of embryonal prealbumin (EPA) in extracts of different tumors has been studied. EPA is most frequently detected in extracts of bone tumors (75.0%) with the titre up to 1 : 256 and in tumors of soft tissues (74.5%) also with the titre up to 1 : 256. The EPA immunochemical test is believed to be of value for monitoring tumors of the connective-tissue origin.

通过免疫扩散分析，对不同肿瘤提取物中胚胎前白蛋白（EPA）的存在情况进行了研究。EPA最常出现在骨肿瘤提取物中（75.0%），效价高达1:256，在软组织肿瘤提取物中也较为常见（74.5%），效价同样高达1:256。EPA免疫化学检测被认为对监测结缔组织起源的肿瘤具有重要价值。
