Abstract
The radioautographic detection of serotonin terminals and the determination of serotonin endogenous content in locus coeruleus after different raphe lesions indicate that the serotoninergic innervation of the Rat locus coeruleus has its origin in three nuclei: raphe dorsalis, raphe centralis superior and raphe pontis.

对不同中缝核损伤后蓝斑中5-羟色胺终末的放射自显影检测及5-羟色胺内源性含量的测定表明，大鼠蓝斑的5-羟色胺能神经支配起源于三个核团：中缝背核、中缝上核和脑桥中缝核。
