Among more than 400 patients with gallstones examined in our department in the past 2 yr, calculi were seen to float in only 3 patients. In each of these cases the ultrasound examination was done during or shortly after the oral cholecystogram. This suggests that contrast material raised the specific gravity of the bile and caused the floating phenomenon. No cases of floating stones in the absence of contrast material were found.
在过去两年里，在我们科室接受检查的400多名胆结石患者中，仅3例患者的结石被观察到漂浮。在每一例中，超声检查都是在口服胆囊造影期间或之后不久进行的。这表明造影剂提高了胆汁的比重并导致了漂浮现象。未发现无造影剂情况下的漂浮结石病例。
