Floating stones in a nonopacified gallbladder: ultrasonographic sign of gas-containing gallstones.

Floating stones were noted in the nonopacified gallbladder at ultrasound examination. Gas-containing fissures in these stones could be demonstrated pre- and postoperatively (Mercedes Benz sign).
