Abstract
PLasmatic Diamineoxidase (DAO) was studied after heparin injections i.v. (50 I.U./kg b.w.) in chronic liver and kidney diseases. The DAO increase after heparin is reduced in patients as to controls. Such a reduction may be consequence of DAO discharge in some organs determined by the deliverance of endogenous heparin.

在慢性肝肾疾病患者静脉注射肝素（50国际单位/千克体重）后，对血浆中二胺氧化酶（DAO）进行了研究。与对照组相比，患者注射肝素后DAO的增加有所减少。这种减少可能是内源性肝素释放导致DAO在某些器官中释放的结果。
