Abstract
In vitro experiments showed PGE1 (2.10(-6) and 5.10(-6) M) to decrease adrenaline and noradrenaline uptake by the rat myocardium homogenates. On the other hand, neither PGE1 nor PGA1 influenced the interaction between troponin and noradrenaline. Apparently, the capacity of PGs to decrease catecholamine uptake by the myocardium was not mediated by their effect on troponin.

体外实验表明，前列腺素E1（2×10⁻⁶和5×10⁻⁶摩尔/升）可降低大鼠心肌匀浆对肾上腺素和去甲肾上腺素的摄取。另一方面，前列腺素E1和前列腺素A1均不影响肌钙蛋白与去甲肾上腺素之间的相互作用。显然，前列腺素降低心肌对儿茶酚胺摄取的能力并非由其对肌钙蛋白的作用介导。
