Abstract
Dopamine, norepinephrine and epinephrine have been determined by mass fragmentography in plasma of normo- and hypertensive patients. New derivatives of norepinephrine and epinephrine have been prepared, allowing the simultaneous reading of the base peaks of the three amines and of their internal standards with a magnetic-sector mass spectrometer.
