Abstract
The bacteriological, epidemiological and clinical aspects of human Yersinia enterocolitica infections are discussed with reference to 580 first isolations of Yersinia enterocolitica made from 1972 to 1980 with routine procedures for salmonella/shigella diagnosis, predominantly from stool samples of patients suffering from gastrointestinal diseases.

本文参照1972年至1980年间采用沙门氏菌/志贺氏菌常规诊断程序首次分离出的580株小肠结肠炎耶尔森氏菌，主要来自患有胃肠道疾病患者的粪便样本，讨论了人类小肠结肠炎耶尔森氏菌感染的细菌学、流行病学和临床方面。
