A 51-year-old woman with known sarcoidosis was admitted to the hospital with grand mal seizures. The enhanced cranial computed tomographic (CT) scan showed bilateral, discrete, nodular lesions simulating metastatic carcinoma. Results of a workup for malignant neoplasm and inflammatory disorders were normal. Diagnosis of nodular cerebral sarcoidosis was made, and the patient received prednisone therapy. After four months of therapy, the CT scan showed resolution of the nodules.
