[Treatment of amenorrhea with a LH-RH-analogue as nasal spray].

29 amenorrhoic women were treated with the Buserelin nasal spray (HOE 766) developed by Hoechst A. G. in a dosis of 50 microgram daily during 2 weeks. 22 of the patients desired restoration of menstrual cycle, 7 women were wanting a child. As result of the treatment 16 women menstruated, 6 ovulated, 2 became pregnant. With Buserelin nasal spray menstruation was induced in 12 out of 16 women with amenorrhea WHO group II.
