Abstract
A model has been developed to represent the size distribution of metastases at the time at which the primary tumor was treated and to assess the size of the metastases which were controlled by adjuvant chemotherapy (or radiotherapy). The results of two therapeutic clinical trials are analysed in order to illustrate the model.
