A case of tubal pregnancy going to term and resulting in a living child is presented. Problems in diagnosis include differentiation from an ovarian cyst concomitant with intrauterine pregnancy. Although the literature offers radiologic diagnostic signs, radiologic examination did not indicate ectopic pregnancy, and the diagnosis was made at laparotomy for cesarean section.
