Thirty-five patients with multiple sclerosis were examined with Computed Tomography of the brain. CT was normal in six cases (17%), plaques of low attenuations were shown in ten patients (29%), cerebral atrophy was present in twenty-five cases (71%). Four areas of contrast enhancement appeared in two patients (5%) after intravenous administration of ioide.
