Abstract

Using anti-human calcitonin serum and a protein A - gold technique, calcitonin was localized at the ultrastructural level in control and calcium gluconate-stimulated thyroid C cells of the rat. In control rats calcitonin was detected within a majority of the secretory granules while in experimental animals it was demonstrated also within prosecretory granules present in Golgi apparatus.

利用抗人降钙素血清和蛋白A-金技术，在超微结构水平上对正常大鼠和经葡萄糖酸钙刺激的大鼠甲状腺C细胞中的降钙素进行定位。在正常大鼠中，大多数分泌颗粒内可检测到降钙素，而在实验动物中，高尔基体中的前分泌颗粒内也证实有降钙素。
