Important signs of our present development are high dynamics, increasing complexity and active-preventive orientation. Additional progresses of methods are inevitable for further progress in practice and knowledge. Functional purposeful methods in organisation are necessary. The central problem is the step by step crossing from structural institutional to functional-regional care systems and way of thinking. Methodological-heuristic resources are the concept of a functional system and the theory of hierarchic control systems in a limited scale.
我们当前发展的重要标志是高动态性、日益增加的复杂性以及积极预防的导向。为了在实践和知识方面取得进一步进展，方法的额外进步是不可避免的。组织中功能有目的的方法是必要的。核心问题是逐步从结构制度性护理系统和思维方式过渡到功能区域护理系统和思维方式。方法论启发式资源是功能系统的概念和有限规模的层次控制系统理论。
