Abstract
In 41 patients peripheral angiography was performed with the non-ionic contrast medium metrizamide (Amipaque) and the ionic iothalamate meglumine (Conray 60). Amipaque was found to give less subjective adverse effects and less changes in blood pressure.

对41例患者使用非离子型造影剂甲泛葡胺（阿米培克）和离子型碘他拉葡胺（康瑞60）进行外周血管造影。结果发现，阿米培克产生的主观不良反应较少，血压变化也较小。
