A case of actinomycosis of the kidney in a man of 69 is described. The autopsy revealed a pyo-destructive process in the right kidney and paranephria with melting of the surrounding tissues and formation of fistulas. Histologically, a destructive variant of the development of actinomycotic granulomas with degenerating druses of the ray fungus and mycelial inclusions was revealed. This case may be classified as the primary form of actinomycosis.
