Abstract
T-1982 (cefbuperazone) was administered to 20 patients with various infections by intravenous injection. The therapeutic efficacy was excellent in 13 cases, good in 6 and poor in 1, the efficacy rate being 95%. As for side effects, slight elevation of GOT and GPT was observed in 1 case, but disappeared soon after discontinuation of the therapy.
摘要
将T-1982（头孢哌酮）通过静脉注射给予20例患有各种感染的患者。治疗效果极佳的有13例，良好的有6例，差的有1例，有效率为95%。至于副作用，1例观察到谷草转氨酶（GOT）和谷丙转氨酶（GPT）略有升高，但在停止治疗后很快消失。
