A case of gastric retention caused by gallstones (Bouveret's syndrome) is reported. One of the two causal stones was lodged in the pylorus and the other in the cap of the duodenum. Preoperatively a fistula was demonstrated between the gallbladder and the pylorus. The clinical and roentgenologic findings are described. The diagnosis of Bouveret's syndrome can be established by gastroscopy.
报道了一例由胆结石引起的胃潴留（布韦雷综合征）病例。导致该病的两块结石之一嵌顿于幽门，另一块位于十二指肠球部。术前证实胆囊与幽门之间存在瘘管。描述了临床及X线检查结果。布韦雷综合征的诊断可通过胃镜检查确立。
