By means of a complex of macro- microscopical methods 75 hearts of healthy white rats (6-8-month-old and 24-28-month-old) have been studied. In the old animals all the cardiac parts undergo hypertrophy with a predominant size enlargement of the left ventricle. The part of the stromal elements increases, too, as well as diversity of metric characteristics in myocytes, the blood supply deteriorates and this, in its turn, affects unfavourably the compensatory-adaptive potency of the myocardial areas.
通过一系列宏观和微观方法,对75只健康白鼠(6 - 8月龄和24 - 28月龄)的心脏进行了研究。在老年动物中,所有心脏部分均出现肥大,以左心室大小增大为主。基质成分的比例也增加,心肌细胞的度量特征多样性增加,血液供应恶化,这反过来又对心肌区域的代偿适应能力产生不利影响。
