Abstract
Cutaneous involvement by systemic Hodgkin's disease is rare, although it is frequently seen in other types of malignant lymphomas. This is a report of a patient with systemic Hodgkin's disease involving the skin as recurrence of the disease who had a complete remission after adequate chemotherapy. A review of the literature on this topic is also presented.

皮肤型系统性霍奇金病较为罕见，尽管在其他类型的恶性淋巴瘤中较为常见。本文报告了一例系统性霍奇金病累及皮肤作为疾病复发的患者，该患者在进行充分化疗后完全缓解。同时还对该主题的文献进行了综述。
