Abstract

This study examined the relative diuretic effectiveness of batches of 40 mg tablets of the Frusid and Lasix formulations of frusemide in health volunteers. There were no significant differences in the urinary volume or urinary contents of Na+, K+ and Cl- following the oral administration of either preparation. It is concluded therefore that the batches studied had equivalent bioavailability.

本研究检测了速尿的弗罗西德和速尿灵两种制剂的40毫克片剂在健康志愿者中的相对利尿效果。口服任一制剂后,尿量以及尿中Na+、K+和Cl-的含量均无显著差异。因此得出结论,所研究的批次具有等效的生物利用度。
