A clinical experimental study involving human grafts (heterochronic and heterogenic homografts) was carried out after different techniques (isolation, preservation, decontamination, freezing-thawing cycles of grafts). Surgical application then the clinical and radiological course were followed up over a period of up to 4 years. Some pulp specimens were examined histologically. Clinical, radiological and histological correlation was envisaged in order to offer hypotheses, in particular immunological, with regard to the course of the process.
在采用不同技术（移植物的分离、保存、去污、冻融循环）后，开展了一项涉及人体移植物（异时性和异基因同种移植物）的临床实验研究。随后进行手术应用，并对临床和放射学病程进行长达4年的随访。对一些牙髓标本进行了组织学检查。设想通过临床、放射学和组织学的相关性研究，以便就该过程的进展情况提出假设，尤其是免疫学方面的假设。
