Abstract
The Towne's projection expands the dimensions of video-radiographic evaluation of velopharyngeal function. Patient position is less complicated. A complete view of the sphincter is obtained in a single view. The technique, which has been used in 25 patients, is described with its merits, limitations, and indications.
