Abstract
Since the extracts of allergens are manufactured, accidents in hyposensitization have got a rarity. The following accidents can happen: exceeding local reaction, exacerbation of allergic symptoms, systemic reaction up to anaphylactic shock. There are 5 causes for accidents: incorrect technique of injection, overdose of allergen, wrong intervals of treatment, endogenous factors and exposition ot allergen.

自从制造出变应原提取物后，减敏治疗中的意外情况已很罕见。可能发生以下意外情况：局部反应过度、过敏症状加重、直至过敏性休克的全身反应。意外情况有5个原因：注射技术不正确、变应原过量、治疗间隔错误、内源性因素以及变应原暴露。
