HLA-typing in 14 of 25 patients with histologically proven Wegener's granulomatosis showed a significantly increased frequency of HLA B7 and B8. No striking relation was found between the clinical course and the occurrence of HLA B7. The increased association between the HLA B7 antigen and Wegener's granulomatosis might be of diagnostic value.
在25例经组织学证实为韦格纳肉芽肿病的患者中，14例进行的HLA分型显示HLA B7和B8的频率显著增加。未发现临床病程与HLA B7的出现之间存在显著关系。HLA B7抗原与韦格纳肉芽肿病之间增加的关联性可能具有诊断价值。
