The experiments on male white rats have shown that electroacupuncture of the point analog Da-Djuy abolished the consequences of pain-induced acute emotional stress. The stress-protective action of electroacupuncture was comparable with the effect of diazepam in a dose of 2.5 mg/kg and resulted in a significant reduction of the number of gastric erosions and in emotional reactivity, as well as in the increased aggressiveness as compared with the control group exposed to stress. The data obtained are discussed from the standpoint of electroacupuncture and diazepam action on the antinociceptive mechanisms of the brain.
对雄性白鼠进行的实验表明，针刺类穴位“大巨”可消除疼痛诱发的急性情绪应激的后果。电针的应激保护作用与2.5毫克/千克剂量的地西泮效果相当，与应激对照组相比，可显著减少胃糜烂数量、降低情绪反应性，并增强攻击性。从电针和地西泮对大脑抗伤害感受机制的作用角度对所得数据进行了讨论。
