Abstract
Cryotherapy alone has destroyed as isolated retinoblastoma lesion in the fellow eye of a proven case of retinoblastoma. Follow-up for 14 months revealed no evidence of recurrence. Literature review has shown that cryotherapy has unique advantages in the treatment of retinoblastomas.
