Abstract

The use of an activated human fibrinogen concentrate in endolaryngeal surgery has been performed in 31 cases without the conventional suturing technique. Among the satisfactory results of fibrin gluing in endolaryngeal regions are optimum healing tendency due to haemostasis, lack of tissue irritation and toxicity. Persistence and highly adhesive properties were studied in experimental investigations in the dog following motoric stress of clot-sutured vocal cords.

在31例喉内手术中,未采用传统缝合技术而是使用了活化人纤维蛋白原浓缩物。在喉内区域使用纤维蛋白胶的令人满意的结果包括因止血而具有的最佳愈合趋势、无组织刺激和毒性。在对狗进行的实验研究中,对经凝块缝合的声带施加运动应激后,研究了其持久性和高粘附特性。
