Abstract

A simple and rapid procedure for identification of carbohydrates in serum, urines and faeces is described. A chromatographic separation on silicagel plates is used, followed by a polychromatic visualization of spots, which can allowed a semi-quantitative evaluation of isolated carbohydrates.
