Abstract

The crossing of the yeast species Saccharomyces cerevisiae with Sacch. fragilis and Sacch. lactis yielded a hybrid between Sacch. cerevisiae and Sacch. lactis. The hybrid was eliminated as the result of genetic splitting. The species Sacch. lactis is proposed to be excluded from the genus Saccharomyces and included into a new genus together with Sacch. fragilis.

酿酒酵母与脆壁酵母及乳酸酵母的杂交产生了酿酒酵母与乳酸酵母之间的杂种。该杂种因基因分裂而被淘汰。建议将乳酸酵母物种从酿酒酵母属中排除,并与脆壁酵母一起归入一个新属。
